    21' Scout, Making a comback !

Defender Powerboats is dedicated to re-introducing the "Thunderboat Row Classic" 21' Scout; created by World Powerboat Champion
Bob Saccenti, founder of Apache Powerboats. We will be consulting with Mr. Saccenti for his expert advise on this project.

Defender Powerboats has upgraded the original 21' Scout's lamination schedule by using today's newest light weight composite materials and building technology.

As January comes to a close I just want to reach out and wish all my fellow boaters a happy, healthy and safe upcoming new year.
I'll be home from my latest military tour just in time for the February Miami International Boat Show but unfortunately will not be
able to show off the 21' Scout yet. The new Scout is still in the construction phase and I will still continue posting photo's of it's progress.
Mr. Bob "Chief" Saccenti and I will be enjoying the upcoming Show and we'll be happy to answer all your 21' Scout questions.
    Hope to meet you there.

I finally got to see the 21' Scout together. After all these years the molds can still produce a historical classic.

    Thank you Bobby.

Bobby Saccenti was there when TNT Custom Marine loaded the 21 Scout with the 200HP Optimax.

At the risk of stirring up a hornet's nest here because I don't know the "Paul Harvey rest of the story", is this the same boat with the Chief name on it?

Lol, no problem. Chief Powerboats leased my mold from me to build the Chief Editon Scout. Hope that clears that up & hope you like the boat.

I do like the boat. Gorgeous lines, and apparently she's a runner too. I was just a bit confused over the 2 (or maybe 3 since Apache is advertising one too) different flavors.... unless there are multiple molds.

There was a time that 70mph was fast. It's still fast for a single 200hp outboard.

Thanks, 70mph is fast for a "Demo" boat.
